The plates are submerged into an electrolyte filled bath and receive their first charge, or formation charge in this way. Tank formation guarantees fully formed and voltage matched plates and is vastly superior to Jar formation used by most other battery producers whereby the plates are formed inside the battery case. Advanced ventilation and acid fog removing facilities are installed to eliminate hazardous gases, preventing damage to the environment and the health of employees.
