Fullriver is the manufacturer of all the battery products that we sell. We operate a state of the art factory with over 1600 employees in over 800,000 sq feet of manufacturing space. The Fullriver manufacturing process differs greatly from most of the competition. We control the entire production process from R&D and Design to grid casting, plate pasting, formation and assembly. Special Fullriver manufacturing techniques include:
- Fullriver owns & operates their own Oxide Mill, thus controlling the quality of Raw materials used in grids and paste.
- Fullriver engineers developed their Proprietary Grid Alloy and High density Paste Formula
- Advanced Plate curing techniques are used with specially constructed Curing Ovens
- Advanced Computer Controlled Tank Formation of the plates ensures fully formed and matched plates. A superior technique to normal Jar formation used by competitors.
- Unique Electrolyte Formula is produced by adding special additives to analytical pure concentrated sulfuric acid. Sealed demonized water mfg system controls water output at every level, regenerating ions and producing batteries with very low self discharge.
- Fullriver has adopted TQM (Total Quality Management) system throughout the company and has 30 full time Quality Assurance Engineers monitoring & controlling the entire production process.
